There's something about this lovely piece which makes me think of "The Fool" from the Tarot deck.
A card which means (or so I believe, I'm not a follower of Tarot myself),
Beginnings, innocence, spontaneity, a free spirit, but also, when reversed, recklessness and risk taking.
