"I don't even know who I am."World Nation, book II, "Run". This is Gabriel on the left, and Kitty on the right. A very hard and intense moment when they meet again, in a pretty weird situation. Color version!

Nice work! I can definitely feel the awkwardness and intensity between the two characters and I also like the run-down feel of their surroundings, the torn wallpaper is especially nicely done. I like the use of textures, which forther adds to the dystopian feel. The whole image tells a story and makes the viewer ask what could have possibly happened to have these two characters in this particular situation. I like that
As for suggestions, I'd say one thing: add some cast shadows to the ground which would be created by the characters and objects in the scene to really help tie everything together. Judging by the lighting of the scene, the cast shadows would fall almost directly underneath them
