Yes .. Neptune had Dominion over horses and Earthquakes as well as the sea and winds

Perfect! So you purposely made it look like a horse then?

Purposely is such a hard word to use with the way I create my images .. First off I Drew it in Neptune B Orientation, and the basic form of a ship tossed against the ocean, the waves become the tail of a fish that swims along side, and under, and becomes the ship soaring above .. then I turned it and again and saw Neptune A .. The Title Sprang into my head .. I saw the crowned Face of the God, with an almost walrus Sea-LION face, and a claw hand .. or maybe a bolt from his trident and the ship capsized and overturned in a stormy sea, the Head of the horse associated with Neptune(Poseidon) .. I did not see until you pointed it out .. however it makes sense the way my sub-conscience works ..
Notice how Birth of Athena Resembles an Owl, associated with her (Pet/Familiar), and thought of as a bird of knowledge and intellect
