PLEASE DO READ!!!update, february 2013: I don't wish to hear anything about how you think the way I draw is funny or ridiculous, come on guys, this isn't youtube. To explain a little more than I could in the new included information in the beginning, yes, I'm awfully sick of people laughing and/or making fun of the look of it. about every month or so I get a new comment with the old, same "jokes". So whenever I finally start to motivate myself again to work on this, those comments make me angry and I can't look at this WIP for another month, and this vicious circle is making me tired.

update, june 2013, OFFICIALLY DISCONTINUED: this is just an official statement, letting you know that I will most definetly NOT continue working on this. at first I didn't have the time to finish it, then I was lacking motivation due to mean and unnecessary comments and now I'm just not that into the series anymore. (I still love it, just not enough to really finish a huge ass flash game about it.) so, sorry if anyone who watches me solemnly watches for this game, because it is CANCELLED thanks for reading, have a good day.

actual title: The Big Death Note Date Sim Flash Game WIP
It's far from finished, but it's been on hold for several months now and I can't seem to get myself to work on it again for some reason, the main 2 being I want to work over the whole art that's already in it and lack of time, so here you have the WIP version of it.
About TBDNDSFG:
* it includes 5 locations (only 2 of them accessable yet), namely a park, a candy store, a toy shop, s book store and a videogame store.
* It should (and maybe, only maybe, some day will) include 5 characters, still not sure if I should add Misa.

Wow...this is amazing work! And 'bout L's neck, I don't mind it! It's a creative way of drawing, you should see the way I drew my old drawing, while the heads or boots looked strange to others, I still think my old drawing style was amazing! So, seriously, don't be ashamed of the way you drew L!

so first off, I do know that you are indeed NOT "sorry if you insulted me", so don't even bother with that shit. second, it is "I AM almost.."; "it IS kinda creepy.." watch your grammar (yes, I just went there and insulted your grammar, NO OFFENSE)
I am fed up with you stupid anime and manga snobs telling me how weird and funny it looks. it is MY PERSONAL STYLE, so shut the fuck up. I'm sick of repeating over and over again how this is just the way I draw, and if you'd just bother reading parts of the other comments here, you'd see that I really explained that more than once. and if you think you're funny or original, I'm so sorry to tell you you're definetly not.

and voilà, you have a perfectly nice comment. and if you really have to say something about my style, how about just saying something like:" Although I had to get used to the style this was drawn in,..." or, really ANYTHING except what you and everyone else writes because it makes you sound ignorant and mean.
so concluding, if you want to tell me you don't like what I drew, there are 2 ways of doing so:
1. Shut your mouth
2. word it nicely so we can talk about how to develope.

Would you be so kind as to keep it to yourself? I'm really majorly pissed by the amount of hate comments I recieve regarding L's neck. you might think you are funny and original but I can assure you, you are neither. As I already mentioned millions of times: this is my style. This is how I draw, so grow some tolerance and shut up. I have nothing against constructive criticism, but comments like yours are just immature.

I have drawn him in my own style, that's what has happened. do you have a problem with different styles? is it so hard to accept that not everyone draws merely in an asian-like style? I beg for a little bit of tolerance, please.
ps: there are nicer methods of expressing your dislike towards other people's work, for example by looking for nicer words.

haha that's not what I meant XD sounds good, though. ^^ just don't worry when you can't draw a character at the first few tries. everyone has some characters that they just can't draw, I assure you ^^ praticing is the solution to every drawing issue

Well, I was just saying that it looked a bit odd. Anyways, I wrote that a while ago. I didn't even know what it was supposed to be back then, because I hadn't really gotten into Death Note yet. Now, I know that it's supposed to be L, but, no offense it is a little weird looking. It's still a good game though.
