This is a drawing of a flapper inspired by the above song. I'm not saying Tori Amos is talking about a flapper in the song..but the dance moves that she describes sounds like the Charleston dance...and what other type of lady does that? So..yeah..with that I drew a little flapper girl dancing the Charleston. I hope I spelled that right. o_o

great legs! and i really like the outfit- it's not genuine, but it's stylized, and you can certainly tell it's flapper-inspired. i also really like your shading technique. the part of the skirt that's being tossed up though, looks off. i think if you added some folds and shading above it, it would look nicer. as a side note, when dancing the Charleston, your knees should be together, but your feet apart ;D
