It’s hilarious that Saxton Hale and Scout are the Avatars in this crossover. It’s also very frighting. Crap. 0-0
But the possible character developments for these two through out their journeys as the Avatar are very interesting to me. Especially Scout’s.
What lessons will Scout learn? Will he stop Gray? Will he learn to bend all elements to mastery level? Will he bring peace?
And will he ever get a date with Miss. Pauling?! Answer to that: No.

I guess because I always see him as an unstoppable force so I thought it would be interesting if he had that power. Though your comment made me think about another idea. Like what if he was just a regular bender. Maybe more earth since he likes destroying stuff with his bare hands. At least that way he would interact with mercs more. :/

OMG your TF2 Avatar Hale's characterization is spot on! I could totally imagine our Australian CEO beating his enemies to death, because it's Australia! I have a headcanon now that Saxton is a well-meaning but crazy spiritual uncle/brother-like figure who's like all glory and fight-crazy and everything, and goes totally apeshit when Scout is not doing manly badass things for the "greater good" like he's supposed to, like earth-punching Fire Nation villains in the hole. He and Soldier should NOT be in the same area together, ever.
One of good Hale's views on Air-bending is this:
Saxton Hale: "Air-bending? Wot a load o' rubbish! My Australian farts can achieve the same results!" *unleashes a smelly grenade*
