Okay so I didn't do a character of mine.. I had done this contest in 2006 where you had to design a non-feline character for someone. I chose a spotted-necked otter.. but wow was I way off with anatomy and well, everything haha.

I might actually use this character in one of my stories.. I think he could be a lot of fun, but he would replace one of my other characters =/ oh well.

I changed the Bell collar on his neck into a bandanna because i figured it would fit more easily around the thick neck of an otter then a collar would, plus I don't like the idea of a jingly bell anymore haha.

Hope you like him.. maybe you can help me come up with a name?
