mm that sounds about right, though i am outside quite a bit so i doubt im lacking in vitamin D

maybe not outside at the right time. See, only from 6Am to 9AM is when Vitamin D is obtained in full, any other time its burned, not well done.

Well, that is made up statistic, but I do believe going out in the morning and simply enjoy it is much better.
