Description Sergi Korvak grew up on a large corporate freighter listening to tall tales told by his grandmother. One such tale was about a mythical beast called a Yeti, found long ago on a planet far far away.. As much as he loved her stories, Sergi knew that his family was essentially nothing more than indentured servants, so he dreamed of one day making it affordable for anyone with a dream and a yin to travel to do so on their own terms. Thus Korvadyne was born.

The Yeti 1300 is one of Korvadyne's oldest and most popular designs. A bit bulky and rough around the edges, the Yeti has none the less won the hearts of many a captain, and it's many variations can be seen throughout known space.

The stock model has two cargo-bays (one of which carries it's own unique launch craft), bunks for up to seven people, a nice central communal area, a small med-bay, two defense turrets with independent control systems and a unique two tier bridge with a sensor station designed with explorers in mind. It's engines feature a matter scoop and filter system that allows the ship to refuel in stellar bodies of appropriate composition, giving it an excellent range, and it's parallel airlock/ramp combinations make customization easier for those with unique needs.

The launch is designed to carry seven and serves as both a runabout and a lifeboat. The port side has a small office space next to the medbay. The dual airlocks are unique in that either a standard docking port can be reached at the end of the hall or the floor can split, with the outer part rising for headroom and the inner section lowering and revealing stairs that lead to the exit ramp.

Variants often include removal of one of the airlocks to expand either a cargo hold or the crew quarters, replacement of one of the cargo bays with additional passenger cabins, and reduction of the bridge to expand crew space.

Looks like a blending of the YT 1300 and YT 2000 designs, with the centralized cockpit.

Very awesome on all counts ^_^

Thanks, that's what I was going for. I've got some work done on an Ebon Hawk model as well, but it's not nearly finished..

Thanks man, I enjoyed putting this one together; my homage to the Millennium Falcon and it's sister ships.. Kev's given me a green light to try and put some .pdf's together of ships with stats, I just need to buckle down and do some traditional top-down deck plans and get them done.
