Omg Cesar asked for a new ref so he got one. 8|Download has fullview!
Not much to say. I updated his design to not always have a tail and I made his hair WAVY MESSY CURLEY hehe. I like this change. c: Took some getting used to but I'm happy with it!
Also included his dragon form just becuase.
Also, the clothes and overall story for the old ref aren't invalid, in fact they're still canon, but his appearance has been updated so this is the one to use!

Aaaaaah, Cesar~ *all the huggies* Aaaah, I didn't know he was the last of his type of light dragon. Does that mean there are other kinds of light element dragons, or none at all?

Cesar used to be the last Light Dragon altogether, but then I realized I hate the 'last of their kind' deal. xD Cesar NEEDS to be important, and Light is rare to begin with, so I figured I could work out a couple branches. I haven't figured out yet exactly what that means tho aaaha. I DO know that Cesar's branch were all Spirit Elementalists, which is where he gets the ability. Idk what happened to all of them, though, least not yet.
If I do put more Light Dragons visibly important in story they'll probably be Elders!

I love this characters! He seems like a sweetheart. I'm just wondering how he was fatter when he was a slave. I didn't think people were generous enough to actually feed their slaves lol. Was he like a servant or unpaid (indentured) worker?

ITS a weird thing I have going on with my dragons! My dragons don't grow out their traits until they feel the "pride" in being a dragon. Cesar didn't get to experience that until his journey. So this is why his horns didn't grow out and why he's less fit, I guess. Its not really 'fat' as much as it is there for him to look younger.
Also Cesar was probably more of a trophy. :T And was probably for show, so I'd imagine he was fed better. He WAS thinner and less healthy, but yah. I think he probably also helped with cleaning a bit, something like thaaat. That part of his life is still a bit of a wip. c: Thanks for the question tho! <3
