To be honest Slayer is what he's called by others. He doesn't often use the name himself. It makes him sound like the kind of people he hunts which would make his skin crawl.

That would be an amazing fight. He's used to fighting vampires because of his family's anti-vamp ideology but Purgatory may just stump him. Not your typical vampire there.

I think Purgatory would be equally stuck with him- he hasn't had to fight a vampire hunter properly in a very, very long time, so he'll be rusty.
