I was gunna post his bio on the submission from yesterday but I thought "Meh DU needs more creepy" Bonus points if anyone can guess what inspired this guy & his backstory.EDIT: I rewrote the bio to make Raven more of a sadistic S.O.B. It also effects the team he is responsible for creating. I'll elaborate on that when I eventually write bios for them.

Is this a knockoff of Vulture? Seriously, this guy's appearance reminds me of Vulture, one of Spiderman's enemies.

Well considering his powers are nothing to do with flying using a harness I'd say no he's not a knock off of an old man in a flying suit.

Does he fly? I figure with a name like the Raven, he does, but it doesn't say he is able to in his power set.

He can if he's thrown hard enough but he's never sticks the landing
Seriously though he can't fly. He just calls himself Raven because he has a bird fixation & the powers he accidentally got were part of Project Nevermore. Since he named his victims after birds he did the same with himself.

Are their like rules, cuz my characters more like an anti-hero, and he doesn't have powers....is that allowed?

There's a lot of characters who don't have powers so that shouldn't a problem. When it comes to his alignment there isn't an anti-hero part. You have to submit him to whichever side he leans to more. If he does more good than bad then he'll be considered a hero for example.

Awesome sinister design, has a real classic movie monster look to him.
Let's just hope random villagers don't chase him away before he has chance to cause havoc in the DU

He would love an angry mob to come after him. He doesn't stay dead & he has an army of zombies so it wouldn't be long before he had some new recruits
I didn't really have movie monsters in mind when I made him but I now you mention it I can see it. I actually used a bit of Danny Devito's Penguin in his design. It was suitably creepy & kept with the bird thing

he seem like a perfect villian fpr the capeless prowler. i like his design is there any flight in his,powers or he just fall off of building and come back up...but great character

He can't fly his feathered cape is just to match his villain name. He could be thrown off a building which would kill him but his powers would just revive him again.

No they're still around. They're his major rivals & all named after birds themselves. I just haven't got round to designing them yet

You'd probably be 1 of the undead by the time you got to meet him. The Raven likes to let his slaves do the hard work while he reaps the rewards.
By the way any idea what inspired this guy? There are a few clues in the bio.

True, Moriana would like to play with her prey first before killing them, and maybe resurrect them. Just make sure Raven does not try anything on Moriana, as she has a spell that automatically releases any dead beings under his control and she has a few tricks to control the dead and undead.
As for that band, I know who he was inspired by, but his name escapes me at the moment.

She might be more powerful than Raven then. She could control him too since he's undead as well. He tends to avoid getting his hands dirty because if he dies it's a massive inconvenience

Moriana is as powerful as she is insane, a deadly combination. Yeah, so long as Raven keeps his distance, he will do just fine.
