Actually the name is Noé, but dA is too challanged to comprehend that character LOLThis is my new OC Noé! He's turned out really cute in my opinion and I REALLY wanted to make a character with dyed hair. Dyed hairstyles are awesome, love em a lot. I'd even dye mine purple again, if it wouldn't make one look like a lil punk XD
He also has a twin brother, because... twiiiinssss, baby~ You'll be introduced to him in some other pictures I'm gonna upload ^^
