This picture is of Frost Byte, the titular main character of my Toontown fanfic “Frost Byte”. She is the owner of a candy shop called Neat Sweet Treats, as well as a Toon that was raised by Cogs. She has a low Laff because she never learned to be Toony and focused all of her life on work, and now she lives in Toontown in the hopes of regaining her lost heritage.
