Description
Anyone ever wonder what happened to a certain dark-type after the post ending in PMD2? What really happened to him after Palkia shattered the Dimensional Hole after Darkrai escaped into it? WE know he had anmnesia and something familiar to what happened to the player happens to him. But what? My first thought was maybe he turned into a human, the reverse of the player, but wouldn't it be funny if he turned into a Magikarp? XD So ironic...This is my idea, anyway...
It is several days before the arrival of the player in the pokemon world. A Magikarp wakes up in the water in the pit of Beach Cave, with no memory, only knowing he was once a different pokemon... But what? In the second chapter of my fanfic, PMAD : Explorers of the Truth, I included Magikarp Darkrai, if you wanna see. LOL.

The protagonist lost his/her memory because he/she got attacked while traveling through a portal. Since Palkia did the same thing to Darkrai, it makes perfect sense.
