Amazing details. I love how old and washed out the walls looked. Like there's years of chipped paint, dust, and mold just gathered between the cracks.

Well, I just added some layer effects, curve, etc..then sharpen and improved the exposition. ItΒ΄s just a bunch of experimenting, what looks good for you and so on.
