Love them all, but I defiantly think the grey scale is my fave.

you will never be able to hone in on that style, a person of your caliber has too many ways to approach a given thing to be satisfied with one all the time.
some are faster than others depending on the subject to get the idea across

How you think of the poses? I guess you didn't have references for them... so how you draw the poses from mind so correctly?

Study anatomy and read fighting manga! But mostly study anatomy. =]

so you just remember the poses in manga ? But at the end the question is same...the manga artists also have to draw those dynamic poses without reference! How they do , I wonder.

learn to draw figures, then learn to draw them in perspective. whilst doing a lot of gesture sketching from life, photos and from fighting manga.
the knowledge of anatomy allows you to push your own style into what you do rather than reverting to a bad copy of the artist whose pose you studied.
whats important is that you spam study. spam spam spam.

Do you have any recommendations of which fighting manga are good to start with?

The two that come to mind if you want to see action poses are Kenichi, and Karate shoukoushi kohinata minoru.
You can find a lot on Mangafox, but manga I read at the moment are the big three's (Onepiece ((FAVOURITEEEEEEE)), bleach and Naruto) other than that there is "Historys strongest disciple kenichi", which despite it's over ecchii-ness which I hate, the action poses and effects are great! then there is "Karate shoukoushi Kohinata Minoru" and "One punch man".
good luck

You already have an amazing style and whichever method of sketching you choose I am sure you will still create amazing art
. I especially like the ones at the top though. I guess one thing we can't see from the sketches above is how long they took to finish and I am sure that too will play a role in what method you choose.
