Yeah they can get a bit pricey Heres a couple of Wacom tablets you can see. This is the one i am using: [link] But these ones are cheaper and good to start with

Ohh the brushes, try to use brushes that are a bit dirty and ruff around its edges. And stay lose when you paint. This way you will get more life in your work

You're welcome!
It's actually interesting you should place an elephant alongside a holy warrior, considering the medieval beliefs connected to elephants.

Well, like most societies, Western Europeans in the Middle Ages tended to connect certain religious beliefs and allegories to particular animals. While most animals were compared to the sinful soul or Satan's deceptive actions, the elephant was generally perceived as a symbol of the strong Christian spirit, and in one story a baby elephant is directly likened to Christ, lifting an adult after several other adults had failed to do so.
I looked at the image of a Templar and a seemingly mythical elephant side by side and thought of a Christian knight supported by the strength of God- loose interpretation, I suppose. Here's where you can find more info about elephants as seen in the medieval eye: [link]

Wauw, I was not aware of this. Thanks you very much for the clear info, I never really thought about this topic before. That explains the various elephant orders and pictures I have seen here and there. And then my picture actually makes even more sense, because it draws from reality and history.. Cool
Thanks for the link I will have to read that through

You're welcome! There certainly was a lot more to the Middle Ages than greed and barbarism, and I'm happy to help people explore that fact (although you already seem to know better )
