I started this like... Over a month ago? And I just finished it today. Know why? I got distracted by the "What's your character's song and illustrate some of it" question orzlll That's when I decided I had to come up with "songs" for all my main OCs so I spent like a week doing that and then I got addicted to Romanian music and long story short (isn't it already a long story?) I forgot about the meme. I fail...Now that I mention it, I think I skipped that question and forgot to fill it in! STFU. Do you expect me to be smart after 3am? Heck do you even expect me to be smart at all!? XD;; *runs off to quickly fill it in*
OK! It's now 4am but I'm still alive! I think... But yeah its finally finished-finished. I'm proud of my picture for the "song" part :3 I've always loved pictures like that where its shaded and highlighted ever so simplistically without a white background ;D

I'm of Romanian blood, yes. My Great-Grandmother came to the USA when she was 16 from the Transylvanian Alps. My Dad went there with her and his mom to visit relatives when he was young, and I've been meaning to make it there myself some day. I think they're around Timisora...

I'm Romanian too, small world i guess,my parents were the first of my family to come to the USA. They came when i was very young, i don't really remember much. Some of my extended family is here but most is back in Romania. They're spread all over, so when i go to visit them it's like I'm going to see the whole country.
By the way, do you speak any Romanian?

That's so awesome! I'm not really sure where my Great-Grandmother's family is anymore though. Last I heard it was a village with cows walking down the street, but if it was Timisora its grown A LOT since they've been there! I have to ask my Grandmother if she still has names and addresses. I wanna go and find them someday (in that point of life where you're trying to find your roots I guess lol)...
I don't yet, I only know one phrase "Si ce?" because of the song by Voltaj XD;;; I'm trying to learn though! But its really hard! A lot harder than German and Japanese (I know both, but forgot most of my German)...

yea, it is pretty hard, a few of my closest friends at trying to learn and they keeping complaining to me about it.
you know Japanese, i'm jealous. I've been trying to learn for the longest time now, but school keeps getting in the way, with projects and midterms and finals, it's almost impossible(not to mention i'm also trying to learn guitar).

I got addicted to it since I'm at that point in life where I'm trying to find my heritage. And I'm 1/8th Romanian (great grandmother came to the US when she was 16 from the Transylvanian Alps of Romania)... I've always been interested and proud of that since its very rare where I live. So I searched Romanian music and was hooked instantly.
