HOOKAY. PLEASE READ ARTIST COMMENTS!!!!!The one on the left was my VERY FIRST art colored pencil attempt. IT WAS LEFT UNFINISHED. It was drawn on my birthday, December 4, 2008, when I turned 13, and when I received my Prismacolor colored pencil set of 132 O.O
The best day ever. The one on the right is a WIP that I am working on right now, with the same colored pencils. July 26, 2009.
It will be a contest entry.

No, your art is good, very good, but the style is similar, so people will constantly be likening it to Pearl and Kanka's, and you'll not get the recognition you deserve.
The parts which remind me of Pearl's art most is the paws - oversized and very muscular - and the face - the eyes especially and also the mouth, a bit. I think if you tweak the way you draw things, maybe add a bit more realism? And as a general crit, the head is a bit too long and slanted, you can see it if you look at the head right way up (: I read that recently actually, if you're working at a difficult angle, turn your paper so it's right way up, then fix any mistakes you see (: Also, the neck seems a bit short, wolves have pretty long necks actually o.o ([link] )
As for the colouring, it's really just the soft look it has, which is what reminds me of kanka's. But the way her art's going, this will no longer be her style, as it's changing; the fur she does is now shorter, at least in her last few pieces.
But you are very good for your age (: So yeah~~ Just some tips for you n_n

Only thing i have to say is, that ya need to create/move into your own style, as right now it looks too much like PearlEden's.

You dont need to be sorry XD I'm just suggesting that you continue to work more into your style! because if it mimics someone elses, people are not that interested in direct copies >.>;

its a fantastic improvemetn but even with your first picture it is good for a beginer your style very much reminds me of pearleden but i just think that is because of your colouring styles there very bold, you both know how to apply lighting and all that stuff lol
