Thank you I'm not 100% happy with this now I look back at it, but I'm happy it looks like an oil painting ^_^ It's the look I was going for! Mainly because most of my traditional art is oil painting haha :')

Sunsets make for great coloring though, I'd do it more often if I were any good at coloring

I found colouring easier after doing some using traditional mediums such as paints I just translated the skills over to digital.
Also I love your colouring, its crisp and fresh compared to my mess xD

I've never been able to work well with paint haha, might be part of my problem- but then I don't get to work with paints very often :/

Oh thanks! ^^ I like messier types of shading though, I really love that look, especially for backgrounds, I've never been able to pull it off though

You should try to do some of your own art in paints - just get some acrylics, they are quite cheap ^_^ Paints are fun, but I find myself working in gloves a lot since I'm as messy as my art looks - and I don't want to ruin my nails D: I'm such a girl haha.

I obsess over my nails quite a bit (always trying out new nail art designs and such haha) so I'd definitely wear gloves I've only done one painting, and it was for my sister's birthday present- I had a lot of fun with it so I'd like to try getting more into it ^^ I have an art supply store nearby so whenever I can get some money I might swing by there and get some supplies
