Pretty much just simply version of this which I recommend more than my setup.
here's mine. It really depends on the light to make it look the way it does. I used a sun lamp.

I agree with NightshadeBlade, there can never be too much Cullen. And your render is simply glorious! He looks so mouth-watering with allthat evilness radiating from him. It would have broken my heart if this had happened in-game for some reason (inquisitor's choice or by BioWare simply being evil) but it would definitely have been sexy.
