Miitopia headcanon: Pavel can't talk, but he makes it exceedingly obvious on what he's trying to say. (Most of the time, it's about food.) That’s why I don’t draw speech bubbles around what he’s “saying”.

For real tho, if I ever get a cat, I’m naming it Pavel.

(Highly unlikely since I’m allergic to cats but stillllllll)
