I think this is really nice! The pony is very unique, especially with it's horn, and shows great personality.
The coloring is nice, and I like how you used complimentary colors to bring contrast to the pony. The colors seem a little too saturated saturated, even the darker ones, which can make it hard to focus on a specific part of the pony. If you want a specific thing to stand out (ex. the cutie mark and mane) you may want to slightly dull the other colors, so they aren't competing for focus (in that example you'd dull the blue and maybe the yellow). This can also help in poses like the top middle one clarify what they are doing, by cleanly separating the cloak and hooves. The pose itself is a little unclear, but if you lighten the clothes a bit it's not a problem.
The cut of the mane is interesting, especially how it parts at the horn. It might help if you add more volume to the hair, letting it come off of the head a bit (an example of this is fluttershy- even at the very back, her hair is still a layer above the shape of her head). Either way, its a cool hairstyle
Lastly, it's great that you included facial expressions in the ref sheet. You could give them an extra punch by exaggerating the expression, maybe by moving the tops of the eyes to the shape of the eyebrows or adding more to the mouth (such as a grimace or show of teeth to show anger).
This is by no means to say your work is bad, I like it and i hope this helps!

Hello! I'm here from ProjectComment to offer you a critique!
First of all, as you designed this pony, let's talk a little about it. Interesting curved horn, I don't think I've seen another unicorn with a horn like that, but overall a simple design, which isn't necessarily bad.
Next off is the reference sheet itself. A reference sheet is an image of your character, that is easy to understand to guide people to draw your characters, whether it be complicated or simple. Usually this includes several full body shots of the character facing front, side and back, as well as headshots of the character facing left and right for their head and hair. A reference sheet is to highlight every point of your character so whoever is drawing it won't get it wrong. Here you expressed the character well with two expressive headshots, but I feel like the full-bodies are poorly represented for a reference sheet.
In the pony's bending over pose, the hoodie, what I assume to be part of their everyday outfit, is hidden, and I actually found it hard to understand the image to start off with, only to realise Dusk is sticking their two front legs/hooves into the hoodie pocket. Even with that due to the hidden nature, it's hard to see the lines that seem to be present on the hoodie. For clothing, I suggest having a usual left/right (or diagonally left/right) standing shot of the pony to that it is visible, or even draw the hoodie on the pony, and a separate picture of it for clarification.
The other side, on the top right, is a shot diagonally to the left of the pony, showing us their right side. While you did a good job showing this, I'm not sure what this accomplished. Is it the hairstyle or the placement of the cutie mark you wanted to show? I'll say that those two would make good points as this is a wonderful good full-body, but with this image as the only clear full-body of the character, while also well placed, I feel like we're missing a huge part of the body, especially after a glance that we're missing a simple fullbody from the side.
The last point I'd like to say would be the horn on the upper headshot, as it appears to have uneven lines outside the horn, which makes it look odd.
Overall though, you have a good understanding of your shadings, and apply them to a pony's face, as well as making that hair look flowy. This looks nice too, keep it up. I hope this comment helps on your next reference sheet, and have a nice day!
