The pose is brilliant, it all seems very still and calm.
The wings are also really good, and the way he's snarling... actually, the whole thing is great ^_^

I suppose I meant it in 'the calm before the storm' sort of thing, or the moment of complete stillness and calm before an animal attacks something. All in all I think the picture is calm, probably because of the inclusion of the moon and clouds, but that's just my interpretation.

looks really good. i'm not entirely sure, since he isn't walking, but it looks like you might need to watch the length of his legs a bit. in comparison the front looks a little short.
the wings are nice, but a little more detail in them could be good. like bones and whatnot.
overall it's really a good piece.

Very pretty, the wings are gorgeous and the expression on his face is very well done. Your lines are really even and straight. The fur looks very floofy and pettable, the chains on his front legs are very cool
