Just finished playing Ib yesterday, and although I loved this picture before, after playing the game, aksldhgaskgh I love it even more! You incorporated so much from the story choices into this! I can see it all now!
OMG, I LOVE THAT GAME SO MUCH! Even with only pixels, certain parts creeped me out. Especially the erm, painting ladies... *shivers* (Which I now recognize in your picture! GAH!) And the characters and the story gripped my heart so tight! Goes to show you don’t need fantastic graphics for a fantastic game. Ah, and I got the Promise ending, which I was super happy about, but I watched the other endings, too. And I only had to use a walkthrough on that one part with X + X= X. My brain was like, “Wha? Is this math? I don’t math, I walkthrough.” LOL! XD
But seriously, it’s so hard to find artists who make fantastic fan art BECAUSE they‘re a fan, (most just use it to bring in watchers or sell people prints and stuff, and that makes me facepalm. ) so you’re awesome for being the kind that puts just as much effort, if not more, into their fan art pieces because of how much love they have for it, and inadvertently causes people like me to fall in love with it too. Haha, so I'm the one who should be thanking you. Thank you for getting me into a game I love to bits via fan art! T//A//T I wouldn't have found this game otherwise. (Er, and sorry for the long reply! I get this way when I‘m talking about something I heart! )

Oh my goodness when I encountered the first painting lady I actually screamed, ahaha! There were soooo many jumpy scenes, and the room with tons (I think it was 18... that was one of the questions right ) of painting ladies I panicked every time one came out dghsjkh;; I may or may not have sobbed a little
I know, to be honest when I first found out it was a pixel game I didn't expect it to be so good and didn't really understand how so much amazing fanarts could be made from it, but I TOTALLY retract that thought now!!
Ahaha, that mathy bit was so confusing LOL it took me ages to realise what I had to do, at first I thought it was algebra?! lol omg. /fail

Egad, I know! I’ve never been so afraid of a pixel game in all my life, I swear. During the room with tons of painting ladies, I panicked too! I died so much in that game. What also freaked me out was that even the short story they forced you to watch of “Carrie Careless and the Galette des Rois” gave me the creeps. Just by what was implied! Psychological horror time.
Now I’m having loads of fun browsing fan art and fan animations! The response from the fans is just amazing. Although... I’m not too keen on the ones that portray Ib so much older than she was and Garry as her love interest. (Another reason I marvel at yours, since you've not only drawn each character as they appeared in the game, but also included so much of the game and story content as it was, too. ) For me, Garry and Ib’s relationship is a strange, quirky friendship, and that‘s all. It’s so much sweeter that way! And I mean, c’mon, Ib’s 9. It’s too early for that!
For some reason, I was almost certain that Garry was not what he seemed. I thought he was an artist, or even the artist of the art gallery they were in. Maybe it was because of his knowledge on art and his eccentric fashion sense? But I guess he was just an enthusiastic art fan with interesting hair, haha!
Ah! Sorry, I’m rambling again! So much love for this game now, and although I've tried to get everyone I know to play it, the only other person I know that's played it and loved it too is you. Hee, so thanks for discussing it with me! ;u; <333

Ahh really?? Does it come up with something when you download it? I think there's a readme file somewhere that explains how to fix different glitches and stuff, but if you're unable to download the file at all then that's annoying... if you ever get the chance to play it, I highly recommend! Or if you get really desperate you could watch gameplays on YT haha! (it's just as scary as when you play it lmao)

Haha, I don't like doing that either - if I get a different ending the second time round, the first ending is always the "real" ending for me, so there's not much point

Oh my gosh you have to play it, dude! It's a sprite game, but really good quality... for a sprite game... (OOOOOHHHHH) it's got a lot of jumpy bits esp in the beginning, I'd recommend you only watch play-throughs if you get stuck else it's a bit spoiley!
I've heard of Yume Nikki, but I don't know where/how to play it - I heard it's a DS game? But since people have been comparing this to that a lot, I want to play it too ;U; from what I've seen though, I don't think they're that similar... I could be wrong, though!

Oh what, really?? I thought it was ok for both types, but I think you have to download some kind of converter thingy to get windows stuff on a mac... I saw someone playing Ib on YT on a mac and I think they talked about it, but idk the details D: If I find out what the heck I'm talking about I'll tell you about it!
I downloaded Yume Nikki and I've only started playing, but it's a little confusing and suprisingly simple..? It's kinda hard to find things/progress the game but that might just be because I'm only at the beginning ahaha. It's alright! But I don't really see the similarity of it to Ib? Hmm :0
