It didn't rain... so I can't explain the water sparkles with it being anything else but dew from the moist air.
There's so much going on in this picture... it's hard to find the focal point. But I thought it was pretty anyway.

Yes, I took the photo in the white balance setting Tungsten and then I tweaked it further in Photoshop. The original didn't look half bad either but I love big bold colors like this.
