In here, Bendy develops mental disabilities after he accepted Sophia's death, one major one is depression. He may have gotten better, but after what he did, he only feels very insecure and hateful of himself, unable to find his self-worth and thinking his true happiness is gone forever. There were times suicidal thoughts returned to him, but he never acted it. He develops anxiety and gets panic attacks when he thinks about the night and think of becoming an Ink Demon and/or a beast. His mental disorders gotten so bad, he even thinks he's a burden to everyone. Mickey Mouse knew what he was going through and was there to comfort him, only to hear the demon respond by crying.
