I've wanted to do fan art for this game since forever... =.= It's Drawn To Life, a nifty game on the DS where you get to draw your own hero and all the stuff that s/he interacts with.The top part is the pic of Jowee from the title screen (as far as I can tell, his name is pronounced like "Joey"), which is just the cutest thing ever. The pink character underneath is my created Hero, who is named Bunny.
She can fly but also has a polka-dotted whaleecopter as an alternate means of transport.Everyone who likes drawing, or just likes looking at cute stuff (the graphics remind me of Kirby games) should definitely pick up Drawn to Life if you see it in the store.

Your hero is drawn ssoo good!! My heroes are ok, buti never thought of anything as cute as her! XD I did a floating bunny with a cloud once, it was really adorable! But it was wierd when it got injured...legs...oh well!! ^^ Good job on the game drawings!

Thanks! Yeah, there's a lot of potential for some super unique Heroes! But they get kinda messed up as you take damage. Hopefully that will be something addressed in the sequel...? There WILL be a sequel, won't there??

Your drawings are always adorable, so when you make fanart of adorableness, there's just
way too much adorable for the brain to handle. I'm seeing rainbows and unicorns everywhere now.

It's just Adobe photoshop, but it looks different because I used the pencil instead of the brush, so there's no anti-aliasing. I wanted it to look more like how the game does.

o.o Really, you didn't like the gameplay? I know there wasn't anything remarkable about it, it was just your average platformer... but it's supposed to be enjoyable even for kids...

I think it's difficult. The monsters get harder, but you still have the same amount of life, and the controls are a bit icky, because your character slides awkwardly sometimes or takes a few seconds to jump. And when I want to slide down a hill, I hold down and sometimes he doesn't do it so I go crashing right into the cute monsters with leaves and/or buckets on their heads.
It got a low rating, 6-7, though I still play games at that rating. I usually don't judge games by rating, but I can't play this. It was the third DS game I've ever bought and it remains untouched. I'm up to the Beach level, couldn't get past the first stage. >_>
