Steven's metagross is stronger than cynthia's Garchomp.
Both Ash's Sceptile and Cynthia's Garchomp beat some elite four llevel triner's pokemon with move which opponent resis (Garchomp beat lucian's bronzong with giga impact and Sceptile spancer's Shiftry with leaf blade(and also his claydol with single solar beam)).
Diantha's Gardevoir is also extremely strong and fast.
