Voldemort because of hax. Vader goes down fist Orochimaru lasts longer but falls as well due not being familiar with most spells and probly trying to take over Voldy who is a master of mind arts.

Vader would use the Force to draw Voldemort's wand to him, then he snaps it in half. Then he goes for Orochimaru and then chops him to bits with his lightsaber. End of story.

Orochimaru has been chopped completely in two before... It didn't work.
And that's not even getting into his durability. Even if the lightsaber cuts him, it wouldn't do so with anything NEAR the ease at which it does so with a normal human.
Which just makes Vader's limited options to even "harm" Orochimaru all the slimmer.

Not really. Lightsabers can cut through anything that isn't a ray shield or isn't made out of cortosis or phirk. So Vader can cut Orochimaru into pieces. Durability my ass. Lightsabers can carve holes into armors designed to withstand 200 gigatons worth of TNT.
Also, you seem to forget that Vader has the Force.....which means he can just go Elfen Lied all over Orochimaru and blow him into chunky salsa with a thought.

And yet lightsabers are slowed by blast doors. Even just simply "slowing" would be enough to massive screw over the things usefulness in this fight, particularly given that Vader is fighting a guy who can just laugh off being cut in two.

You might as well say "for all we know Orochimaru could be able to transform into a living sun". It would be every bit as bull.

Blast doors are made from heavy space alloys that can survive hyperspace flight. Orochimaru doesn't exactly spell "hyperspace safe". Try getting cut into a thousand pieces.Β

Has he used telekinesis on anything else? Is it just with his sword? Because Vader, as was shown in Force Unleashed, uses telekinesis as a weapon to crush his foes even without a sword. If Orochimaru can do so, then he could kill the Third Hokage without the sword. Just crush his organs like Vader would.

He, however, can control the movements of his enemies in TFU. He can make them dance, he can make them hop up and down, he can throw them to the sky, catch them, and throw them again, he can hold them still has he throws his lightsaber at them.

Voldemort could likely take movie only Vader, but lacks the speed to handle Orochimaru, or ether Legends or Disney EU Vader.
As for Vader Vs Orochimaru, even ignoring speed, Vader just doesn't have an easy way TO kill Orochimaru. The guy has countermeasures on top of countermeasures to keep himself alive.
As far as which one Orochimaru would be better off bodyjacking, I'd give that to Voldemort. More useful ability set, and comes with yet ANOTHER death countermeasure pre installed.

I am betting on Orochimaru because Naruto villians (and main characters) are OP. I doΒ not know what non-movie feats Vader has but I doubt he can beat Orochimaru. Tom Riddle will be the biggest loser of this battle. He has little to know melee attacks and relies to much on one hit kill moves that are easily dodged.
