Godzilla will own the Eva-01, I mean come on, he took an artificial blackhole without a scratch. As for Mothera, I doubt she will combat Rayquaza since she's rather peacefull, as for Anguirus, well he's a freaking kaiju.  So the Kaiju win.

I can see Rayquaza evolving and defeating the kaiju team with no problems. But I have no idea what the actual outcome would be.

The earth defenders win.

Skullgreymon is to uncontrollable and may even attack his team. Rayquza may last longer but he will eventually go down. And eva may last the longest due to the skill and weaponry it holds but may lose power and go berserk.

Mothra could also die due to being the most fragile kaiju in Godzilla history. Godzilla and angirus have no problem dealing with these threats.

Team Godzilla wins this based on intelligence, experience, and team work. Skullgreymon is chaotic and would attack his teammates in Round 2 (3 on 3), and would likely be unable to harm Anguirus in Round 1. Godzilla has fought every type of monster and won.
