Depends on which Red Skull we're talking about. If it's Ultimate Red Skull, then Pyg is going to get sliced up into bacon! He might have a chance against 616 Red Skull even if he still has Xavier's telepathy. It said in the comic that insane people like Deadpool were immune to his powers (which is a total contradiction) and they don't come any crazier than Pyg so he could get a win there.
