There are a lot of creatures that Ben's Omnitrix could take form of with crossovers (Saiyans, Kryptonians, etc.). I'm pretty sure it could take a Digimon's.

Technically, Digimon are digital beings. Then again, that omnitrix has absorbed even the DNA (if you could call it DNA) of beings that aren't even organic. So it's possible he could turn into some of the Champion leveled Digimon but he may have some restrictions to becoming into more powerful forms, but the Ultmatrix could fix that and help him become the Ultimate forms.

True while i guess Vilgax will have get powers of some virus digimon to catch up with ben's digimon forms.
