This could quite possibly turn Goblin Slayer into a villain.
Again though, he could possibly overpowered it with his force of will and own psychosis, like Frank Castle did with the Venom symbiote, but the Carnage symbiote was noted to be always more corrupting and evil if due to Cassidy's influence.

Well yes, unless he takes control over the Carnage symbiote, like Frank did with the Venom Symbiote. (I would guess being to Goblin obsessed to be driven to butcher to kill humans, and other humanoids and sentiment life form XD)
