Actually, this would be an interesting dynamic. An older Harry Osborn acting like a sort of older-sibling figure in addition to being a childhood friend.
It'd be like a mix between Spectacular Spider-Man's Eddie Brock and The New Adventures of Spider-Man's Harry Osborn character. I actually like that idea.
But, a bigger question would be what if Norman Osborn(SR) was in the MCU? I kinda wanna see The Green Goblin(SR) go up against Iron Man.

Well, yeah Norman Osborn(SR) as The Green Goblin(SR) is like a rival for Tony stark/Ironman and would work with Justin hammer if was in MCU.
At least now,Peter and Neb got an amazing friend who can stand up for them against bullies or anything else for fun.
