The Daleks are strong and smart in their own series. That being said, they were still able to be destroyed.
And I think a team of heroes with actual superpowers could easily stomp them in a fight.

True and Legends of Tomorrow have guys like Captain Cold,The Atom,Hawkman,Firestorm & etc who could do a better job than human supporters of doctor at fighting these trash cans.

Agreed.
The Daleks do have great weapons, but as far as being able to fight themselves...they aren't invincible and got defeated by weapons that would be considered low tier in DC or Marvel.
