Yes. He can be. Ben is pretty much one of the most unique teenage heroes around, alongside Rex from Generator Rex and Danny Phantom. Has one of the most unique weapons (which turns him into different races of aliens with different abilities and powers).
And from what I seen, he's potentially capable of being shipped with almost any girl (as long as the relationship starts off like a friendship that grows over time and if he and the girl have plenty in common).

Yep. Samus is one of them and many other girls. He would likely be a good friend and ally to all the heroic figures in Smash.
Yep. I've seen Ben get shipped with a lot of girls in crossovers. And they turn out to have better personalities and something in common with Ben, unlike the other girls he dated in canon.

Yep. Some alien princesses only like some of his alien forms for that reason and not his human form.
I've seen Ben get shipped with the likes of Yang from RWBY, almost any girl, especially Tracer, in Overwatch, Ryuko or Satsuki from Kill La Kill, and even freaking Avatar Korra (despiten that Korra already has a girlfriend..... she does swing both ways so Ben can be a healthy straight option), etc. etc. And after a while... I realized these girls have bits in common with Ben. It's like Crossover shipping seems just as successful as canon shippings.

Oh yeah. That would be awesome. And Ben in that crossover once scanned Ridley's DNA and became his species to fight him while helping Samus. But Samus told Ben to not use it when she's around because it reminds her of Ridley who killed her parents and Earth.

Yep. He's not perfect as he's a cocky (which turns out he's using that to hide his fears) sometimes and even a bit naive at times. But nonetheless, he's overall good and will do whatever it takes to save the day.
