Sakura would be a bloody mess. The cloak would cause chakra burns to her for one. And in top of that, Sakura might be strong, but combining Kurama's hatred with Hulk's anger would just make him stronger.

Well, with Sakura, Creation Rebirth might let her heal from even Demonic chakra burns.
Tsunade healed with it from the multiple injuries Madara gave her, including fire jutsus and Susanoo pretty much destroying 90% of her internal organs and spine, so this may give Sakura the ability to I think regenerate from even Kurama's chakra.
She still wouldn't have a chance though.
It's interesting though that it was suggested very strongly that Tailed Beast chakra, is a form of Nature Chakra, or at least much closer to it, than Normal chakra is.
Nature chalra is also very dangerous, if you don't know how to control it, turning into stone(as shown in the toad village, or the Hungry Ghost path Pain, who was petrified, and COULD eat Tailed Beast chakra, suggesting pure Nature chakra, is even more dangerous), or with people who build up some resistance/immunity, but without proper training mutating them into essentially lycanthropes(ie Juugo's clan).

Cole might if he became a Super Saiyan 4 or 5. And that's a maybe. Hulk is possible the Second strongest thing in the known Comicbook/Superhero universe. Next to Superman. And, I'm still on the fence if whether or not Superman could defeat the Hulk.
