Actually fighting the enemies?
Samus would curb stomp the Necromorph's solo. If the normal human that is Isaac can? She's stop them into red paste even without composite or the ludicrous "900g".
She's already faced like monstrosities like these in the forms of the X parasite and Ing, infinite ammo, and FAR more armor (shielded at that), then Isaac had. Her weapons won't leave them in a condition where they can play dead, have mass area clear, and her sensors will pick up the ones faking being dead or hiding in the walls. Toss in the speed booster and screw attack, and she'd literally be able to plow through them without so much as having to slow down.

However, it is the Marker Signal that will prove an issue for Samus.
Samus might be "Strong willed", but she has mental baggage that even without a cthulhulian eldritch brain-rape signal can cause her to break down in presence of high emotional stress and the triggers of her PTSD. The Marker Signal PRAYS on mental instability. Frankly the only reason Isaac got as far as he did was because of plot armor making it effect him not as bad as people around him. Worse, the number of times CLARK is afflicted by the signal, his armor still works. If the Signal gets to Samus too harshly, her armor will fail and poof out of existance. So should it effect her in SPACE? could quickly spell her end.
However there is a glimpse of hope, the Signal is less... painful on smart people, and by word of Sakamoto Samus is suppsed to have "Inhuman levels of focus" just by given on principle of how the armor works. So it might take a while before the signal starts getting to her, and she just might pull through.

Fett is merely a victim to PIS, plot induced stupidity (much like many hero's and villains of the Star Wars series, espeically the Sith), and is otherwise quite the established  efficient warrior when he is the protagonist or support character, Legends or not. Given his increadibly well grounded nature, he'd actually likely survive a Necromorph Onslaught longer than Samus because he's got less mental issues for the Marker Signal to toy with. While the morph's are more dangerous to him than Samus, he's less a danger to himself given the nature of the signal.

Considering Samus has dealt with Metroids, X-Parasites, Ing, and all sort of abominations she should be fine. Boba fell into the SAME Sarlak pit 3 times! But if he were to help Samus then he might survive to hunt another day.

Samus is powerful but not more her son Isaac Clarke caz she is old woman 55 year's old now
Isaac Clarke kill a moon size necromorphs called blood moon and saved the the earth but sadly he is dead with his friend in the ending 
Samus She would be  proud  of her son who saved the planet
