The game would be literally unbeatable: the player character arrives to stop him, expecting a really hard battle, only to take a dozen razor bats to the eyes, throat and other anatomical weak points, plus the explosion of several pumpkin bombs at point blank. Because Marvel villains don't fight fair (unless they have a sense of honor, like Doctor Doom). That, and Osborn isn't known for using nonlethal weaponry.

That depends if the Ultra Beasts are aware what he's up to and also because they rather want to go back to their own dimension rather than serve Osborn (like really, they are also pokemon but from another dimension). Don't get me wrong, he's more mentally stable than Lusamine but he's still pretty insane that he wants to create an army of those Ultra Beasts because he finds how suitable they are for his own goals. But Spiderman would then stop by and stop his evil plans and prevent the Ultra Beasts from being turned into the wrong hands and sends them back to their own home.

Well, if Lusamine is being replaced, then I could say Osborn could be her father/uncle/any family member to her..... and his objectives would be more insane than Lusamine's.

Well, even if he does take care of them, his values likely won't be appreciative to Gladion or Lillie. Likely them going as far as abandoning him the same way they did to Lusamine just because he's insane.
