While Killing her would simply be easy for the Sith Lord I think he would find it more satisfying in corrupting her like he did Anakin Skywalker especially if she showed up the same time at the temple he did only her patron would be the Jedi known as the Dark Woman and while she trained her on and off she would train with Anakin and meet Palpatine and being the clever sith lord I'm guessing he would be the type who would hedge his bets in case Anakin wasn't the chosen one and slowly win her over the same way. 

However the only difference would be that certain interaction in the clone war along with her friend Ahsoka Tano's trial would convince her to return to Remnant after seeing how the Jedi and the Republic conducted justice and even after being proven innocent with the capture of another friend Barriss Offee fell who fell to the dark side and heard her speech about the true purpose of the Jedi Order before remembering the stories she read before leaving with the dark woman and was going to meet with Yoda for guidance only to enter the council chamber just in time to see Ahsoka looking disillusioned as she declined their offer.

Not wanting to hear the advice of anyone on the council she visited Palpatine for guidance after telling him how she watched her friend decline rejoining the order that treated her friend like a criminal and accepts his offer to return to Remnant if the Jedi Order as a guide to the settlers if she feels there is no longer honor serving among them and even told her of the world's version of Jedi Knights known as the huntsman while recommending that perhaps she would feel better joining them while reconnecting with her family. 

Hearing this she thanks the Supreme Chancellor and leaves his office to pack never seeing the Sith Lord smiles at her while seeing the visions of the one seen as contingency if Anakin failed  being dealt with by a woman in crimson dress with inflamed eyes under the command of a pale being cursed with Immortality who commanded the black creatures who plagued her world...

He also saw the school of guardians she would attend built on lies of a former hero now body thief masquerading as a man of wisdom.        

After seeing her tearful goodbye with Anikin she would later run into Pyrrha who recommends to Ahsoka that she accompany her to Remnant since she left her resignation from the temple in a recording along with her lightsaber while leaving on a secondary version of the outbound flight project only for Ahsoka to decline telling her it should be her adventure and would leave the planet with a smaller group of colonist and two Jedi Generals and their apprentices along with one of them making sure that Pyrrha actions are monitored and to be dealt with should she fall to the Dark Side on Mace Windu's orders when he failed to convince her to stay. 

However, when Palpatine tries to see her future again post order 66 her future is blocked to his sight and attempts to send ships to Remnant using the travel lanes used by the Dark Lady no longer works nor could communications be reached before seeing a purple figure in the darkness smirk at him saying "No peaking" before hearing mocking laughter.


But from there I'll leave you to your own conclusions

She'd be a model Padawan.

You know, I wrote a fanfiction series a while back where Pyrrha was transported to the Star Wars world after Cinder killed her and ended up with the Rebellion. I sort of took aspects from both the new canon and old Star Wars canon, since Starkiler was also in the story. I have considered doing a sequel series following what happened afterward and how the Jedi in the Rebellion want to keep her hidden from Darth Vader.
