Salem, if she wanted to, can in fact take him down, since she's immortal and can keep outlasting him (which she did against Oz since he sort of beat her but her immortality made her cheat and took the victory herself) and he will run out of gas if his Nanomachines (son) run dry and can't replenish in time.Β

Well, you said all the villains and heroes combined so it sounded like Salem was included.
Well, things could've been worse since Armstrong has some kind of goal where everyone should fight for themselves and do what they believe in for their own gain which sort of makes everyone divide themselves up even more.

Well than, I guess Armstrong would be a rather dangerous and borderline unstoppable villain for RWBY and everyone else cause they don't have the feats matching Metal Gear... at least for now. I mean, he's as smart as he is powerful with his plans here.

If he isn't aware of Salem and her motives, along with not caring the importance that the more humanity divides itself, the more likely humanity is doomed, than his motives and plans in Remnant would only make everything worse and making Salem many steps closer to winning.
