This is interesting, as the Sailor Soldiers, were heaviliy inspired by Wonder Woman. Also, A-ko Β would be Usagi's (adoptive?) sister XD
While Usagi could use some training (in hand to hand combat, magic etc), she is on herself though quite strong both in heart and powers in canon...

Especially that Sailor Galaxia, is like a female Darkseid(ie even steals other Sailor Soldiers powers, like Darkseid, of other gods, searches the universe for a specific thing(Darkseid - the Anti-Life equation, Galaxia the ultimate star seed etc) if more sympathetic...

Well, (first) Anime!Galaxia, was only evil through sealing Chaos within herself, to try to contain it, she she couldn't defeat it, and Manga! Galaxia, has a quite sympathetic backstory, if shown subtly.
As Galaxia herself stated, shw was born on a "trash" planet, a horible world that brought her up, and her bocoming it's guardian as a Saior Soldier of it, was seen as a joe by Galaxia. This is why she took her name, she would become the most powerfull in the galaxy, and latter universe, and it's Sailor Soldier, therefore naming herself Sailor Galaxia.
It's suggested Galaxia destroyed her homeworld, although it's vague when, when leaving it, or later. This is minly sugested, as Galaxia requires the Sailor Soldiers who serve her, to destroy their homworld, this seemingly a Modus Operandi of sorts for her.
Galaxia, when traveling through the universe to realize her goal, met later an "aspect of Chaos", who looked very much like Wiseman, or was Wiseman )as Wiseman was revealed to be one of Chaos' aspects). Wiseman/the aspect of Chaos, recruited Galaxia in serving Chaos, and trully corrupted her. This may be also the point were Galaxia decided to destroy homeworld.
Sailor Galaxia though, realized Chaos ultimatelly doesn't want to rule all creation, but destroy all that is, so she decided to plot how to stop it. She needed the strongest star seed in the universe to defeat Chaos - as it turns out, that of Usagi.
Galaxia, after being defended by Sailor Moon from Chaos, who joined the final battle in the manga(in the anga, Chaos didn't take over Galaxia), moved by this, and reconsidering her actions, Sailor Galaxia gave up her life to help Usagi defeat Chaos.
It's also complicated, possibly in in the original timeline, without Wiseman's influence, it's possible Sailor Galaxia never became so evil, and Galaxia was probably iseman's revenge plan in the manga - if the Usagi or others managed to kill him, he set up Galaxia to become an even greater menace than him.
