My reasons:
MagnaAngemon is able to fight and defeat Piedmon, who shown to one-shot Megas and is faster than WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon who are also insanely fast. In the manga, he defeated an army of powerful Megas, like VenomMyotismon, and Ultimates, like Megadramon.
Angemon has fought a Devimon on steroids, who is stronger than all the Digidestined's Champions, except Angemon, and even kept up with its next form, Myotismon. Not to mention its flying advantage.
Mangamon is more protective over his tamer than Zygarde, who has doubt in humans, and can protect them against stronger foes.

Well, the Angemon-line is overated, but still powerful enough to kill Zygarde.

Yeah but Zygarde is still a lot better foe than lame devimon who was a jobber in anime and doesn't get weaken down badly like Angemon did in Digimon Adventure 02

Actually Angemon was not weakened down in 02. It had to do with type advantage. Adventure had a lot Dark Digimon as enemies. And both of them have far greater power levels. Pokemon are pretty weak.

Β PokΓ©mon Black and White: More implied ( or just unintentional) than direct, but Yamask is capable of breeding with Pokemon (who are the animals of the Pokemon world, of course) of the Amorphous or Mineral egg groups. Yamask were once human. Game Freak, ew. Just, ew.
- Same game, same category, there's a rumor apparently backed by Hint of God that N Harmonia is the human son of a Pokemon. Said character is known to have a human father, therefore... Almost certainly subverted in Black & White 2 when N mentions that he was raised by Pokemon as a young child and strongly implies that Ghetsis kidnapped him.
- Distinctly subverted in the PokΓ©mon Diamond and Pearl installments, where one of the mythology/fairy tale books in the Canalave Library says that man and 'mon were once equal partners, with no difference between them. The English translation says they "ate at one table"; the Japanese version outright says they intermarried.
- In PokΓ©mon Colosseum, an NPC in Agate Village outright tells you that her boyfriend is a Mightyena. It doesn't help that she happens to be an old woman.
- In PokΓ©mon X and Y, there are several surprising examples:
- One female trainer states she loves going wild with her pokemon, which is a Tentacool.
- That joke goes back to the first generation; one of the manga had, as a Funny Background Event, a newspaper headline of a girl complaining that her Tentacool misbehaved with her in the bath.
- One little girl at the Skiddo farm gives you the TM for Attract, and says she feels like the Skiddo used it on her.
- If you get a job as a maid at Hotel Richissme, there's a chance of finding Pokemon dander in the beds as you're cleaning.

Not too sure... Seraphimon def can defeat Zygarde, but not too sure about MagnaAngemon. Best MA can do to kill Perfect Zygarde, is to use its sword, but swords are pretty useless against something that can separate and reassemble its cells :/

Well, depends on the power levels. Pokemon have pretty low ones.

Well not just power, it would also include endurance, defensive abilities and speed. Zygarde has pretty good bulk and can use extreme speed. MagnaAngemon is pretty lackluster offensively, and its best shot would be to use heavens gate. This however would be pretty easy to avoid by using extreme speed.
My guess is Perfect Zygarde would defeat MagnaAngemon, by tiring it out.

No, Pokemon in general are weaker, slower and less intelligent than Digimon.

Wouldn't say that, it all depends on the level. Zygarde has been shown to be capable of human level intelligence and is one of the more powerful legendaries. It can tear through mountains with a simple tackle and its energy beams can turn landscapes into dust. MagnaAngemon on the other hand has a glowing sword which would cause no real damage to Perfect Zygarde, and none of its other attack would be too much of threat to Zygarde.
Now if this was a mega level Seraphimon we were talking about, Zygarde would be down in one hit from seven heavens, if not that then two.

MagnaAngemon stomps, especially when there is a statement putting Magna at universal power.
Zygarde beats vanilla Angemon in normal strength but Angemon has some hax abilities and a clear speed advantage since Zygarde really does not have that much so far.
