His sword is called Wilt.
His symbol is a rose that looks similar to the Cursed Rose and it’s also called Wilt as well.

But here's the thing, Adam could have easily been the Magneto from RWBY, but boy oh boy, did they screw that up.

Eh, In a way, Adam had potential to have been handled better. I wouldn't really call it "Bad writing". I see it more like a different direction and we had too much expectations of what he was supposed to be because of his lack of screen time in the earlier seasons, which gave people lots of time to bring up theories about him which are arguably more justifiable and more character driven that only ended up being shot down once we saw his true intentions in volume 3 (with some hints as far back as volume 2) and than gave up his goals and only wanted his revenge on Blake. And he got killed off right after showing a hint of why he hates humans... he could've lived longer or at least showed more of his past (which I hope is shown int he future volumes)

Besides, why compare these two? Magneto has been around far longer, which has been for decades, Adam has been around for less than a decade so comparing them by character isn't really the best way of doing it. Nothing they relate to each other besides wanting to eradicate humans because of their experience of suffering bigotry and racism on their end.

In a way, I think a better human hating character to compare with Adam is with Hody Jones of One Piece.
