From left to right:
Persephone - Goddess/Fairy of the Demons Flame
You know that evil Mistress She likes to annoy people and brushing her hair.
Hekate - Goddess of Magic and Secrets
She is one of Persephones Best Friends, she lives in the Elysium.
She loves to make Potions
Amphitrite - Goddess of the Ocean
Same as Hekate, she is one of Persephone's Best Friends. She is also the young Wife of Poseidon (Yes she is actually Persephone's Aunt)
and YES her hair is literally water. She always has her three fishes with her.

I see Hekate looks a lot like her AC Odyssey counterpart ^^ hope she's not as...treacherous as the other one.
With AC Odyssey underworld, I'm surprised you haven't had your Persephone look like her father hades
