golly, if this isn't a sparkledog of some sort I don't know what is.

I don't have a name for this guy yet. but he's the inhabitant of the bio luminescent world I've had for years (yes, before Avatar existed. There was a specific reason why I loved that movie so much )

The bioluminescent world has more inhabitants than the world of glass. Entire ecosystems function almost completely in the dark, and the only light is from the Glass planet, which refracts all the surrounding lights through it and outward to the glo-world. It functions a lot like a full moon.

This guy is the main inhabitant, he's the only one of his kind and he usually gazes at the glass planet and wonders how it would be to live in the light. When he gets anywhere particularly well-lit, he reflects a lot of the light, so he looks really shiny. But if it's mostly dark, he seems to suck it all up and almost becomes invisible when he's in a forest.

the neon stuff on his face and ears can change color, and the two on his neck can turn on and off.

The tendrils on his back are extendable, but they can coil tightly enough to hide under the fur if he wants them to. All he really uses them for is to grab food from trees.

It's an interesting thing, eating a glowy fruit.

(man I have no idea how I'll ever get the patience to duplicate the coloring...)
