In answer to your question, this is very cute and lively. The character is clearly consistent from pose to pose. Although the action is a little choppy, you've picked a very difficult sequence to animate. Considering that, I believe it is an excellent job. One suggestion: You might want to consider making the hair a secondary action, in that it would drag behind the primary action, for a beat.
I would think this would be a very encouraging sign of your emerging abilities.
