Cain is the results of an experimental street drug called Sypirtien. His body's atoms are unstable resulting in body parts or his full form shapeshifting at random. The way the body shifts is much like what you would see on a acid like trip. Another trait is that his lungs need to release a strange colourful fog in order to keep himself from choking to death on it. He can control when to release it from his lungs however those in the area of the fog will begin to hallucinate if the mist is inhaled.

The entire planet of Verperius is not like most planets, it does not have any trees or other environments. The entire planet with a population in the billions lives in one giant city the spreads across the entire planet. Large bodies of water and streams run through the city. The cycle of day and night switches every seven days(1 week of Day then 1 week of night)
The city is not given a name due to the fact that those who live on Verperius are more common to just talk about their communities. Each community is around average the size of city(Around 1-4 million per community)
The communities on the planet are in three classes: Lower Middle and upper class. Out of the 900 communities on the entire planet there is only 20 upper class communities. This group deals with most of the upper business workers and those who help run and control the city and keep it alive. Next is the middle class that is more than half the communities. They are the ones who are the builders and the people who help keep the City from falling apart. The lower class are those who are usually unable to work or refuse to work for the city itself. Usually the scum of the planet comes and goes from those areas.
On Verperius most disease and sickness has been cured on the planet in the past 20 years due to the work with experimental Medical work, the planet itself is known mostly for it's extreme medical experiments. Substance abuse is also very common on the planet but still not accepted.
With the limit amount of plant life on the planet and wildlife in general, most of the food on the planet is artificially made by the city to make sure everyone is at least enough food to be comfortable.
Drug wars and turf wars are very common inside the lower and Middle classes but usually are most commonly seen in lower classes alone.

He is the sort to go out with a crazy goal in mind and won't come back until he's accomplished his goal. Both twins trained in high school to be professional boxers but only one was able to afford to go to school after scholarships. Cain's brother was sent off to a different community to go to school and Cain went on to work as a roofer with his father and a underground boxer in the lower class community which turned professional after a few years of being a street fighter. During his time as a boxer Cain had a very extreme drug addiction problems. This lead to many incidents where he had almost died due to the drugs he had tried. Cain was then introduced to a new dangerous street drug called Sypirtien that usually killed more people than effected them. Cain had decided to take the drug, causing his body's DNA to change and become unstable. He had stooped to calling his twin brother for help, soon meeting with him to suffer through the horrible change. Both soon discovered it was not going to end and began looking more and more into the drug itself and where it came from. It had been supplied to some Lower class communities through an anonymous provider which had turned out to be the high Class communities attempting to test drugs out on the lower class and also lower the population with the risky drug. Cain had been one of the few who had lived through it but due to the nature of unnatural looking humans being more likely to be experimented on Cain was sent to a mysterious train that his brother had told him would take him somewhere safe.

Cain's life was simple, he grew up with his two parents and his twin brother Timothy. The two brothers were not very close to their parents as they were always out working. The two boys practically raised themselves, though their parents loved the two boys to death it was hard for them to keep up with the children and their full time work. The two had been raised by nannies and family friends who had been willing to babysit the two until they were old enough to stay at home alone. The two brothers didn't mind, they had each other and that was all that mattered. By the time the two boys were 13 they had become scrappy clever boys, always picking fights with other kids in their community. It was then that their parents put the two boys into boxing to get out some of their aggression.

Both Brothers had become great boxers by the time they were 17, both having been constantly top of their team. Though when the time came for Scholarships to arrive, only one of the two brothers would be able to afford to go into higher education.
Cain was hopeful to go away to the other community to get a higher education though he was not as skilled as his brother. In the end it was Timothy who won the scholarship and not himself. It was hard for Cain to get over it but he was still happy for his brother. He didn't want to make his brother feel guilty for winning. He deserved it.

Once school was over and his brother was gone, Cain took up being a Roofer with his father. Bills needed to be payed and it was good work. But Cain was bored, he would usually have his brother around to get into trouble with but he was gone. Cain quickly took up underground Boxing in Community #773(Lower Class) To raise himself some extra money and work off some aggression. It was then that he was found by a proper coach during one of his fights. By the time Cain was 20 he was on his feet working as a professional Boxer in his Community. Though his parents didn't like the idea of him being a fighter and not a builder, they still came to watch their son when they could. It was nice knowing his parents still loved him. But it was there that he started his experimentation of drugs when him and other boxers began to get together after the fights.

During his time as a boxer Cain had picked up many bad habits. From extreme thrill seeking to a bad drug addiction. Cain wanted to try it all. Usually Cain would have stopped at some point but he never knew when. It was always Timothy to stop him from going too far. But he wasn't there anymore.
These habits had lead Cain to have many trips to the hospital. For a short period of time when his Drug issues had gone too far, he had ended up living out of his truck for more than a year. He eventually was able to bring his addiction down enough that he was able to afford a place to live once again. Though his addictions never really left.

In the years to Come Cain would continue to get worse and worse with his habits, most commonly found abusing some sort of drug. It was really hard for him to cope without his brother around and he allowed himself to go far over the edge with all his habits. This lead him to losing most of the friends he had. He had lost control of his life, getting involved in lots of gang violence around the city though never joining any of the gangs. He always just jumped in on their fights whenever he needed an adrenaline rush. it was also around the time when he was introduced to a new street drug called Sypirtien that everything really started going down hill. It was very common for new street drugs to appear but usually they were all minor drugs. The little pill he was given was said to be like nothing else, being warned that the drug had killed most of the people who consumed it. Cain was always willing to put his life on the line for a good thrill. Taking the product home and trying it for himself in his living room. It was like nothing Cain had ever felt before. It was almost like his entire body was on fire and then freezing, his vision and brain felt fuzzy and blurred, It was then that the pain started. Cain's body shifted and changed, His limbs and body taking on different shapes and forms. Cain couldn't stop himself from choking out screams for help, Begging for anyone to come help him. It was then that he called his Brother, he knew the man had recently moved back but the two had not made time for each other yet. His brother did come to his call, seeing the horror in front of him

Timothy had convinced Cain to try and sleep off the rest of the drug, hoping when he awoke it would be completely over. The next morning was easier for Cain the fuzzy headed feeling from the high completely gone though the random shift in appearance slowly began once more as he became more awake.
Cain had no way of knowing what had happened to him or how to control it, his lungs felt so heavy and full before they gave way to a thick fog flowing from his mouth and nose. It didn't take long for the two of them to figure out the hallucination inducing effects of the fog and the fact that Cain's lungs are slowly constantly filling up with the thick fog, slowly causing Cain to choke.

Cain was thankful to have his brother with him. His brother had offered to let Cain stay with him until they figured everything out. During the 5 months he spent with his brother the two had learned a lot more about the drug Cain had taken. It was originally planned to be used as a weapon to take out the lower parts of the communities. More than 75% of the people who took the drug died, 15% of them became warped piles of flesh. And the last 10% became like Cain.
The main goal of the drug was to lower the population, test a new drug and set the two lower communities against one another to make sure neither got too strong to challenge the higher Class communities. It was not uncommon for the higher Class to want to keep everyone under control and all the lower communities already knew they would be unable to do anything against the other classes.

During their time looking into the drug, Timothy had heard rumor of a weird safe haven that had appeared in the community. Cain was hesitant to go to the haven but people had began questioning what Cain had turned into and many people wanted to cut him open to find out. The two brothers went to the Train together, Cain knew it was for the best to go on it and hope that they would allow him to stay. It was just hard for Cain to leave his brother and family. His mom and Dad would never know where he disappeared to.

after having been on the train for some time and continuing down the path he has with continued drug issues, Cain began to become very obsessive over the train itself, getting to the point of wanting to physically become part of the train.
The train ejected him before he could cause any damage. Since then Cain has been tracking the train to continue his goal to become a part of it.

-Can release a colourful fog like mist from his lungs. (Only visuals and a bit light headed when inhaled)

-Shapeshifting: Cain can shape shift parts of his body or his entire body into living and inanimate objects. However this ability is not a controlled one. Causing him to shapeshift at random and without warning. This is due to the limited time he has had to learn to control it.

-Proficient: Boxing: Been boxing for 10 years.

Transportation: Dimensional pocketwatch: Cain uses a dimensional pocketwatch that he had gotten during his time on the train. He can only use it to jump to the same location as the train, this usually leaves him stranded in a dimension until the train teleports to a new location. He was going to the safe Haven his brother spoke of in a few days and he was terrified. Not of going to the place but to leave his brother behind. He was the only one who would ever know what happened to him and it made the boy sick to his stomach. What would he tell their parents? That he had died or that he had Disappeared? He shook his head and tried not to think about it anymore. Sitting up from his bed now the boy swung himself off the lumpy surface and onto the floor.
